I am a PhD candidate in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at Carnegie Mellon University. I am advised by Professor Jason Hong,  an associate professor in the Human Computer Interaction Institute of School of Computer Science.

Research Interests

My research interests include computer systems in general with a particular focus on mobile and embedded computing. Specifically, I have explored privacy and security aspects of location-based services and applications and have built a number of mobile solutions targeting user privacy, mobile local search, and activity and healthy monitoring.
